Heat Embossed Herringbone Cuff
The Herringbone Leather Cuff by American Bench Craft For Her is constructed from a single strip of premium, full grain leather, hand-cut from one of our beautiful, vegetable-tanned Steer hides. The leather is heat embossed with a herringbone pattern and then finished using simple hand tools for an entirely handcrafted product, proudly Made-in-the-USA.
The Cuff is an 1.5" wide and secured with a solid brass snap that makes a unique addition to any wardrobe.
The sturdy leather and solid brass snap construction provide for a secure fit, while also making the cuff easy to take on and off. We use no thread stitching anywhere on this cuff.

Why Vegetable-Tanned Leather?
We use only vegetable-tanned leather with our bracelets, because it is entirely all-natural, environmentally friendly, requires skilled craftsmen to produce and dye, smells like leather not chemicals and develops a unique patina that improves and becomes more supple with age. All of this ensures our bracelets are of the highest quality and craftsmanship and always one-of-a-kind.
Why NO thread stitching?
Both thread stitching and metal rivets offer strong holds. With that said, we have found rivets hold up better against the heat and friction that result from wearing your bracelet every day, which causes thread to fray. Heat and friction simply polish metal; making rivets a strong, attractive and unique alternative to thread stitching.
Why a Single Strip of Leather?
Simple products are more durable. Fewer parts equal less susceptibility to failure. The single piece design ensures that our bracelets will last for years to come.
Full Grain Leather VS. Genuine Leather
All of our products are made from Premium Full Grain Leather because we expect them to last through years of use. Most leather products are made using “Genuine Leather” which is basically the plywood of leather. Genuine Leather is made from scrap leather that has been ground up into a fine dust and then glued into a sheet to form “leather”. This process obviously creates a weak material that won’t hold up to everyday use.
Full Grain Leather on the other hand is the unaltered, outer most layer of the hide, that has the tightest grain and the most strength. That is why we use Full Grain Leather for all of our products.
