Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept Returns/Exchanges within 90 days of receipt on all NEW, unused merchandise as long as all tags/packaging are still attached.
PLEASE NOTE: The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final.
For returns, a $9.99 return label fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. All exchanges are free. To initiate your return or exchange, please click on the "Start Your Return" button below:
We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size. If you are returning a belt, please carefully roll the belt with the finished side out when placing it in the return box. This will minimize any damage to the belt during transit. Once we receive your return, we will work to process your refund within 5 -7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, please fill out the exchange form on your packing slip then print your label using this Returns/Exchange portal and affix it to your return box.
Please note: we will only process free exchanges for the same product, if you wish to purchase a different style belt, wallet, etc. you must return the item and purchase a new one.
