Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We want to be sure you are as happy with your American Bench Craft product as we are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept Returns/Exchanges within 90 days of receipt on all NEW, unused merchandise as long as all tags/packaging are still attached.
Please Note: The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final. 
Note for International Customers: 

Unfortunately we are unable to process international exchanges at this time. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and are happy to accept returns. Should you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you ship it back using your own label. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide the best service possible.

RETURNS:

For returns, a $6.00 return label fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. Once we receive your return, we will work to process your refund within 5 -7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES:

All exchanges are free. We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. If you are exchanging an item, please fill out the exchange form  on your packing slip then print your label using this Returns/Exchange portal and affix it to your return box. 

Please Note: We will only process free exchanges for the same product. If you wish to purchase a different style belt, wallet, etc. you must return the item and purchase a new one.
