All American Bench Craft products are handmade by US for YOU. We ship most non-customized orders within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. Customized orders can take a few days longer. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your items promptly, so by all means, contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.
We offer Free Domestic Shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
At this moment, we offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping to Canada and ONLY Express International Shipping through DHL to the Rest of the World. We no longer offer International Shipping through the USPS. While the cost is significantly less, the inability to track packages unfortunately resulted in too many lost orders. We regularly ship all over the World, and DHL has been consistently the fastest, most affordable option.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.
Return & Exchange:
- If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund unless otherwise specified.
- The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final and non-refundable.
- We guarantee your purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your product (this does not include cosmetic issues, only defects with functionality).
- Where needed, we will repair your product. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a potential repair service.
- Our policy cannot accommodate purchases that have been abused, misused, or altered.
