Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We want to be sure you are as happy with your American Bench Craft product as we are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept Returns/Exchanges within 30 days of receipt on all NEW, unused merchandise. We only allow ONE Exchange/Return per product. If you need help determining belt size or dog collar size, please email us at info@americanbenchcraft.com

***Please Note: The sale of all limited edition products & products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final. 

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. *Please note: all orders that have been customized, personalized, monogrammed, engraved are final sale and not eligible for a return/exchange.*

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Note for International Customers: 

Unfortunately we are unable to process international returns/exchanges at this time. 


RETURNS:

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal. 

We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. Once we receive your return, we will work to process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges can be requested through our returns portal. We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. If you are exchanging an item, print your label using our return/exchange portal below, and affix it to your return box.
