Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We want to be sure you are as happy with your American Bench Craft product as we are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept Returns/Exchanges within 30 days of receipt on all NEW, unused merchandise.

***Please Note: The sale of all limited edition products & products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final. 

RETURNS:

For returns, a $6.00 return label fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. Once we receive your return, we will work to process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES:

For exchanges, the $6 return label fee is waived. We recommend shipping your item(s) back in the same box it came in or a box similar in size to minimize any damage to your item during transit. If you are exchanging an item, print your label using our return/exchange portal below, and affix it to your return box.

*Please note: all personalized products that have been engraved, monogrammed or embossed are not eligible for exchanges.
